Promoting Healthy Travel
As part of the global community, Pridebnb aims to reduce disease transmission and promote responsible travel and hosting.
Accommodating Mild Illness
If a host or guest has a mild illness but must continue their stay or travel, precautionary measures should be taken when sharing spaces with other community members.
Reducing Contagion Risks
To minimize the risk of exposure to contagious diseases, hosts and guests are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
-
Exposure and Risk of Exposure: Individuals diagnosed with, exposed to, or showing symptoms of a contagious disease should not interact with other community members during reservations. Temporary restrictions may be applied to listings presenting contagion risks.
-
Public Health Directives: All hosts and guests must follow social distancing guidelines and wear appropriate safety attire as per public health guidelines for infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, in common areas and when in the presence of those outside their traveling group.
-
Proper Cleaning: Hosts are required to follow Pridebnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
Responsible Hosting During COVID-19
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, hosts are encouraged to stay informed about local regulations and government orders in their location. Hosting responsibilities should be carried out in compliance with these regulations, including check-in, check-out, and cleaning procedures.
Hosts should prioritize the health and safety of their guests by adhering to health guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Enhanced cleaning protocols and safety measures should be implemented to create a secure environment for guests.
Guests are also expected to follow relevant travel restrictions and advisories and should not travel if they suspect they are sick, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are awaiting test results.
Wash hands regularly and follow mask and social distancing guidelines when required by local laws and guidelines.
At Pridebnb, we believe that each community member plays a crucial role in promoting a safe and responsible travel experience. By adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively create a healthier and more enjoyable environment for all.
