Introduce Yourself
Before diving into your search, take a moment to complete your profile. This allows potential hosts to learn more about you when reviewing your trip requests.
Don't forget to add a profile photo, and verify your ID, as some hosts may require these details.
To verify your ID, go to:
- Go to your Account settings, and access the Payout details. section.
- Fill in your payout details, enabling Stripe to perform a secure verification of your ID.
Find Your Happy Place
Isn't planning a trip almost as thrilling as the actual adventure? With millions of unique places worldwide, you're bound to discover the perfect accommodation that meets all your needs for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
When searching for a place, remember to include your travel dates and the number of guests to get accurate pricing information.
Before Booking
Take the time to carefully review the following for each listing:
- Description
- Photos
- Reviews
- House rules
- Amenities
- Cancellation policy
Feel free to reach out to the host with any additional questions you may have. Typically, hosts respond within 24 hours.
Time to Book
Once you've found your ideal place, go ahead and book it!
When making a reservation, it's important to know that the system will automatically send a booking request for approval. The host then has the option to accept or decline your reservation request.
Please note that the host has a period of 7 days to accept the reservation. If the host does not respond within this timeframe, the reservation will expire. Learn more about the booking process and what to expect during the reservation process.
